What is Dream Work

All sessions will be individually-based, often drawing on inner work and Jungian dream analysis. We will work somatically and engage with your imagination to free up creative material. We can also work literally with text analysis and practical technique, and depending on what is needed, we can do both in a single session.

Whether you’re an actor preparing for an audition or a role, a writer working on a chapter or germinating a new idea, or just someone looking for some creative continuity, dream work provides and opportunity to engage with your own material and see where work is required; this is simply about getting to know new parts of your psyche and free up your creative work. You can come with a character, an idea for a movie or play or book, or bring in a dream to explore.

The way I guide is strongly influenced by creative dreamwork done by years of extensive study with acting coach and founder of creative dreamwork Kim Gillingham, years of shamanic and Jungian practice, and twenty years of experience as a theater actor.
